Accessibility Statement
Our Ideology
At Annoying Productions, we believe in the power of independent art to be inclusive and transformative. While we strive to provide a positive experience for all visitors to the ROAM_ANTICS_ website, we are currently a micro-budget, independent project managed by a single disabled artist operating under unique constraints.
Statutory Exemptions and Legal Status
Please be advised that this Website is currently exempt from certain formal web accessibility requirements under the following jurisdictions:
• Israel: As a registered "Osek Patur" (Exempt Micro-Business) with annual turnover below the threshold mandated by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013, we are statutorily exempt from mandatory technical web accessibility overhauls.
• European Union: We qualify as a "Microenterprise" under Article 4(5) of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) Directive (EU) 2019/882, employing fewer than 10 persons with a turnover below EUR 2 million.
• United States: Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and given the unfunded nature of this project, which is operating without a brick-and-mortar presence, from an active conflict zone, implementing full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance constitutes an "undue burden" (as defined under 28 CFR 36.303).
