Refund policy

1. OVERVIEW

1.1 This Return & Refund Policy governs all transactions made on annoyingprod.com, operated by the registered business entity Annoying Productions, in support of the independent film ROAM_ANTICS_. By completing a purchase, the buyer explicitly agrees to the following terms, which comply with applicable consumer protection frameworks in our active jurisdictions (including the United States, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Israel). All contributions constitute a reward-based commercial transaction in a crowdfunding context, supporting independent art.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & GENERAL FRAMEWORK

2.1. Manual Review:
All orders and contributions are subject to manual review and approval by Annoying Productions prior to fulfillment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in accordance with our Terms of Service (https://annoyingprod.com/policies/terms-of-service).

2.2. Original Payment Method:
Any approved refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow up to 30 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3. PURE DIGITAL GOODS
(Applicable, but not limited to: "Certificate of Delusional Impulsivity" / "Wish You Were Here! - The Unhinged Postcard")

3.1. Nature of Delivery:
These goods strictly include the delivery of digital content (e.g., digital postcards, digital certificates) following manual order approval.

3.2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal:
Pursuant to applicable consumer rights directives regarding digital content (including, but not limited to, Israeli Consumer Protection Law), the buyer expressly consents that upon the dispatch of the digital file, email, or access link to their provided email address, they irrevocably forfeit and waive their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

3.3. Non-Refundable Status:
These purchases are strictly non-refundable once the digital delivery is executed.

4. ONLINE EVENTS AND CONSULTATIONS
(Applicable, but not limited to: "Lost & Processed" / "Creative Surgery")

4.1. General Cancellation Window:
Purchases of scheduled remote services or digital live events may be canceled for a refund, strictly provided that the cancellation request is submitted in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the session.

4.2. Specific Clause for "Creative Surgery":
As outlined in the product description, failure to submit your artistic materials (e.g., script, rough cut) 72 hours in advance of the session does not constitute grounds for a refund or rescheduling. The session will proceed based solely on a live discussion.

4.3. No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
Failure to attend a scheduled online session, or cancellation requests made within the 48-hour window prior to the session, will result in the complete forfeiture of the fee and any associated refund rights.

5. PHYSICAL LEISURE EVENTS
(Applicable, but not limited to: "Peep Show! - A Private Screening")

5.1. Statutory Exemption:
Admissions to specific physical leisure, entertainment, and cultural events configured for a specific date or period are generally legally exempt from standard statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

5.2. Voluntary Cancellation Window:
Notwithstanding Section 5.1, Annoying Productions voluntarily permits cancellations and full refunds, strictly provided that the formal refund request is received no later than 7 days prior to the finalized event date (TBA).

5.3. Digital Alternative:
Should the buyer be unable to attend the physical event, an exclusive digital live-stream alternative link will be provided in lieu of a refund past the stated 7-day deadline.

6. CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES, AND STATUTORY OVERRIDES

6.1. The Right to Cure:
As detailed in Section 20 of our Terms of Service (https://annoyingprod.com/policies/terms-of-service), bypassing our direct communication channels to immediately initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without giving Annoying Productions a 14-business-day "Right to Cure" window is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of our Agreement. Any such action may result in the immediate suspension of your digital access, licenses, and event invitations without further notice, pending the payment provider's final decision.

6.2. Exception for Mandatory (Cogent) Statutory Rights:
Notwithstanding the procedural requirements and operational consequences stated in Section 6.1, nothing in this section shall be construed as an attempt to prevent or prohibit consumers completing a purchase from within a jurisdiction where mandatory (cogent) statutory laws strictly prohibit the contractual waiver or conditioning of such rights (e.g., Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, or Israel), from exercising their overriding legal right to initiate a statutory payment dispute or chargeback with their credit institution, even if such action contradicts the contractual "Right to Cure" procedure.

7. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

7.1. Submission:
To exercise a valid right of withdrawal or cancellation under the exact conditions stipulated above, in accordance with our Terms of Service (https://annoyingprod.com/policies/terms-of-service), the buyer must submit a formal written request containing the original Order Number.
