As of the date of drafting of this Agreement, NO PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE WILL BE SHIPPED. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that any physical address collected at checkout is strictly for billing, tax calculation, and fraud prevention purposes (as detailed in our Terms of Service at https://annoyingprod.com/policies/terms-of-service), and not for physical delivery.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & MANUAL APPROVAL

3.3. Statutory Waiver Trigger:

5.1. Delivery Mechanism:
For the physical screening event, delivery constitutes the future dispatch of digital invitations, location details, and RSVP mechanisms via email.

Therefore, the exact date of the event and the subsequent delivery of the digital invitation is strictly "To Be Announced" (TBA), subject to production realities.

6. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

6.1. Email Accuracy:
The buyer bears sole legal responsibility for providing a valid, accurate, and actively monitored email address at the time of checkout.

6.2. Disclaimer of Liability:
Annoying Productions accepts no liability for the non-receipt of digital goods, event access links, or invitations resulting from buyer errors (e.g., typographical errors in the email address), third-party spam/promotional filters, or server rejections.

6.3. Technical Compatibility:
As stated in Section 15.6 of our Terms of Service (https://annoyingprod.com/policies/terms-of-service), failure to access successfully delivered digital content due to buyer-side technical issues, lack of compatible software, or negligence does not constitute a breach of delivery on our part and invalidates any claim for a refund.
